Obituary for Barbara A Wentzel

Barbara A. Wentzel, 78, of Ewing, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

Born in New York City, she was an area resident for most of her life. She worked as a legal secretary for Joseph D. Kaplan & Son for 30 years. She was a selfless person, and was all about her family.

Daughter of the late Hallie and Mary DeBlasio Garrett, and grandmother of the late Casey Ann Wentzel, she is survived by: her children Deborah Crawford, Warren Wentzel, Lenora (David) Yenchik and William Wentzel; her brother Norman (Karen) Garrett and sister Gwen (Jeff) Carrick; her grandchildren Jennifer (Tim) Smith, Melissa Yenchik, and Cody and Courtney Wentzel; her great-grandchildren Julia and Timothy Smith; a special cousin Patricia Pfleiderer; and several nieces and cousins.

Friends may call Monday, April 1st from 10-11am at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, 2560 Pennington Road, Pennington 08534.

The funeral service will take place at 11am at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton.

Memorial contributions may be made to any pet friendly charity.

Arrangements are under the direction of Timothy F. Reeg, Funeral Director, Pennington.
