Obituary for Valerie Kozak

Valerie Kozak, 81, of Lawrenceville and formerly of Ewing Township passed away Tuesday February 12th at Atrium of Lawrenceville. Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, she retired from the State of New Jersey and ELSA where she was a bacteriologist. She was a member of St. Vladimir Orthodox Christian Church in Trenton.
Daughter of the late Phillip and Valerja Zhukow, wife of the late Michael Kozak, Jr., she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Catherine and Mitchell Friedman of Pennington, NJ, Tina and David Chadwick of Bedford, NH, and grandchildren, Sofia, Marianna and Ian.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 19th 10:00 a.m. at Mother of God Orthodox Church, 904 Cherry Hill Rd, Princeton, NJ 08540. Burial will follow at St. Vladimir Cemetery. The viewing will be Monday February 18th from 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, 2560 Pennington Road, Pennington. Condolences are welcome at
